2. Types of data we process
- Account data — when you sign in via Google (SSO): your name and email address, as provided by the identity provider.
- Technical & security cookies — session, CSRF and OAuth cookies strictly necessary to operate the dashboard (see the Cookie Policy).
- Anonymised usage statistics — with your consent, cookieless, privacy-first analytics (Umami) that produce aggregate, non-identifying metrics.
- Operational logs — technical logs generated to run and secure the service.
We do not use the website or dashboard for marketing, newsletter or profiling activities.
3. Legal basis and purposes
- Provision of the service and account management — performance of a contract and, where applicable, our legitimate interest in operating and securing the platform (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Anonymised statistics — your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can give or withdraw at any time via the cookie banner.
- Security and legal obligations — compliance with legal obligations and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(c) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention
Account data is retained for the duration of your relationship with us and thereafter only as required to comply with legal obligations. Consent to statistics is stored for 6 months, after which you are asked again. Operational logs are retained for the minimum period necessary for security and troubleshooting.
5. Recipients and location
Data is processed by authorised personnel and by providers acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR. The platform runs on EU-only infrastructure; we do not transfer personal data outside the European Union.
6. Your rights (Articles 15–22 GDPR)
You have the right to obtain access to your data, and its rectification, erasure(“right to be forgotten”), restriction of processing, and data portability, as well as the right to object to processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
To exercise your rights, write to amministrazione@pec.sicuranext.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
